Rock 'n' Roll Rug Rat

 

Tommy, with his spiky Mohawk and mega-sweet chopper, grew up to be the virtuoso drummer of an awesome local rock band.

 

Here's Tommy in 1991, sporting a wonderfully retro Dino Riders t-shirt (not to mention adorable puppy dog eyes) on his 6th birthday. Note the background cutoffs and delicious Bud can in accompanying beer cozy. Can this kid party, or what?

A costume-clad Linds at age 3, 1987. Her grandma made this superb bunny suit by hand. I'm lovin' the fresh gray sneaks and off-kilter bow tie.

Hello, Guys and Gals!


It's nice to see you all here. The purpose of this blog is just to share and enjoy pictures of us from when we were little, sporting our most rockin' gear. I have a theory that our childhood personalities are our true selves. Before we are subjected to the opinions of friends and family, the media, and all of that other dismal stuff, we are brave, creative and awesome. Let's celebrate the fun and real person within us all by sharing some of our sweetly-outfitted kid pics!
